Type `/shoutout username`
Replace `username` with the streamer’s Twitch name
Press Enter
Use it as a moderator or broadcaster in channels where shoutouts are enabled
Make sure the target streamer has streamed recently if you want their recent category to show
Use the channel’s bot or built-in mod tools if `/shoutout` is not available
