Disable scheduled Defender tasks
Open Group Policy Editor
Go to Computer Configuration
Open Administrative Templates
Open Windows Components
Open Microsoft Defender Antivirus
Enable Turn off Microsoft Defender Antivirus
Restart the computer
Open Services
Find Microsoft Defender Antivirus Service
Stop the service
Set Startup type to Disabled
Add an exclusion in Windows Security
Exclude the Antimalware Service Executable folder or process
Limit scheduled scans to idle time
Install a third-party antivirus if needed
