Press the Shift key for 8 seconds
Turn off the Filter Keys toggle in the prompt
Open Settings
Go to Accessibility
Select Keyboard
Turn off Filter Keys
On Windows, open Control Panel
Go to Ease of Access Center
Select Make the keyboard easier to use
Uncheck Turn on Filter Keys
Click Apply
Click OK
