Start the vehicle and drive at a steady speed above the minimum cruise control activation speed
Locate the cruise control button, switch, or stalk
Press the cruise control power button or switch to turn the system on
Accelerate to your desired speed
Press the Set or Set/Coast button
Release the accelerator pedal
Use the Resume, Accelerate, or Decelerate controls as needed
