Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
Place hot dogs on the baking sheet
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes
Turn them once halfway through for even cooking
Bake until heated through and lightly browned
Place in buns if desired
Add toppings and serve immediately
