How to Make Fried Potato Fries?

Wash and peel the potatoes

Cut the potatoes into even fry-shaped strips

Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 20 to 30 minutes

Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F to 375°F

Fry the potatoes in small batches until pale and soft

Remove the fries and drain them on paper towels

Increase the oil temperature if needed

Fry the potatoes again until golden and crispy

Remove the fries and drain them again

Sprinkle with salt immediately

Serve hot
