How To Make Hummus?

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 to 3 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 garlic clove

2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil

2 to 4 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin to a food processor

Blend until smooth

Add water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached

Taste and adjust salt, lemon juice, or garlic

Serve with a drizzle of olive oil if desired
