Use the text editing tool to modify existing text
Add new text with the text box tool
Insert or replace images if needed
Delete unwanted text, images, or pages
Rearrange pages by dragging them into the desired order
Rotate, crop, or resize pages as needed
Add annotations, highlights, comments, or shapes
Fill out form fields if the PDF is fillable
Save the edited file as a new PDF
Use OCR if the PDF is scanned and text is not selectable
Convert the PDF to an editable format if direct editing is limited
