How To Delete Bootcamp Partition Not Enough Space Startup Disk?

Back up your Mac and any important Boot Camp data

Open Boot Camp Assistant

Click Continue

Select Remove Windows 10 or later version

Click Restore

If Boot Camp Assistant says there is not enough free space, restart your Mac

Hold Option and boot into macOS only

Open Disk Utility

Select the internal drive, not just a volume

Click View

Choose Show All Devices

Check for APFS container and partitions

If needed, use Terminal to verify disk layout with `diskutil list`

Make sure macOS is on the internal drive and Boot Camp is the partition to remove

If Time Machine local snapshots are using space, delete them

Open Terminal

Run `tmutil listlocalsnapshots /`

Delete snapshots with `sudo tmutil deletelocalsnapshots `

Empty the Trash

Free additional disk space in macOS

Restart the Mac

Run Boot Camp Assistant again

If Boot Camp Assistant still fails, use Disk Utility to erase the Boot Camp partition only if it is clearly labeled as Windows/BOOTCAMP

If the partition cannot be removed in Disk Utility, use Terminal carefully with `diskutil apfs deleteContainer` only when Boot Camp is confirmed as the target

If the disk is encrypted or the partition table is damaged, repair the disk first with First Aid in Disk Utility

If the issue persists, reinstall macOS recovery tools or contact Apple Support
