Open the Phone app or calling app
Go to Recent calls, Contacts, or Settings
Open Blocked numbers, Block list, or Call blocking
Find the number you want to unblock
Tap Unblock, Remove, or the minus icon
Confirm if prompted
Check Messages and other apps if the number is blocked there too
