How To Make Spring Rolls?

Gather spring roll wrappers, filling ingredients, and a small bowl of water or cornstarch slurry

Prepare the filling by cooking or mixing vegetables, protein, and seasonings

Let the filling cool completely

Place a wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you

Add a small amount of filling near the bottom corner

Fold the bottom corner over the filling

Fold in the left and right sides

Roll tightly toward the top corner

Seal the edge with water or cornstarch slurry

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling

Heat oil in a pan or fryer if making fried spring rolls

Fry until golden brown and crisp

Drain on paper towels

Serve with dipping sauce
