Open the Settings app
Tap your name at the top
Tap Media & Purchases
Tap View Account
Sign in if prompted
Tap Country/Region
Tap Change Country or Region
Select the new country
Agree to the terms and conditions
Enter a valid payment method and billing address for the new country
Tap Done
