Turn off the screen and unplug it
Let it cool completely
Use a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust
Wipe gently in straight strokes
Dampen a microfiber cloth with distilled water if needed
Wring out the cloth so it is not wet
Wipe the screen gently with the damp cloth
Use a screen-safe cleaner only if necessary
Spray cleaner onto the cloth, not directly on the screen
Avoid paper towels, tissues, and rough cloths
Avoid ammonia, alcohol, and abrasive cleaners
Clean the frame and edges with a dry cloth
Dry the screen with a clean microfiber cloth
Do not press hard on the screen
Do not let liquid drip into the screen
Clean regularly to prevent buildup
