Open Zoom and sign in
Click your profile picture
Go to Settings
Select Backgrounds & Effects
Choose a virtual background
Click the plus sign to upload your own image or video
Select a background during a meeting by clicking the arrow next to Stop Video
Click Choose Virtual Background
Pick the background you want
Close the settings window
