How To Cook Spiral Ham?

Preheat oven to 325°F

Remove ham from packaging

Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan

Add a little water, broth, or juice to the pan

Cover tightly with foil

Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes per pound, or until heated through

Check internal temperature reaches 140°F for pre-cooked ham

Remove foil during the last 15 to 20 minutes if glazing

Brush with glaze if desired

Return to oven until glaze is set

Let rest 10 to 15 minutes before serving

Slice and serve
