Open Gmail
Sign in to your account
Select the email or emails you want to delete
Click the Trash icon
To delete all emails in a folder, open the folder first
Click the checkbox at the top to select all visible emails
Click Select all conversations if shown
Click the Trash icon
To delete emails by search, use the search bar to find them
Select the emails you want
Click the Trash icon
To permanently remove deleted emails, open Trash
Click Empty Trash now
Confirm the action
