Choose a dye suitable for the fabric type
Read the dye package instructions
Wash the clothes before dyeing
Protect your work area with plastic or old towels
Fill a bucket, sink, or pot with hot water if required
Add the dye to the water
Wet the clothes evenly
Submerge the clothes in the dye bath
Stir continuously or frequently for even color
Leave the clothes in the dye for the recommended time
Rinse the clothes in cool water until the water runs clear
Wash the dyed clothes separately with mild detergent

Clean all tools and surfaces after dyeing
