Open Settings
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
Make sure Cellular Data is turned on
Tap Cellular Data Options if available
Ensure MMS Messaging is enabled
Go back to Settings
Tap Messages
Turn on iMessage if desired
Restart the iPhone
Update carrier settings if prompted
Contact your carrier if MMS still does not work
