Open Steam and sign in
Go to the Steam Store
Select the game you want to gift
Click Add to Cart
Choose Purchase as a gift
Select a friend from your Steam friends list
Add a gift message if desired
Choose the delivery date if available
Complete the payment
The recipient will receive the gift on Steam or by email, depending on the delivery option
