If no author is listed, use the title in quotation marks or italics, depending on the source
If no date is listed, use n.d. in place of the year
For multiple sources in one citation, separate them with semicolons
For a paraphrase, include the author and year only
For a quote without page numbers, use a paragraph number or section heading if available
