1 cup rolled oats or oat flour
1 scoop protein powder
2 eggs
1 banana or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat
Lightly grease the pan
Pour batter into small pancakes
Cook until bubbles form on the surface
Flip and cook until golden brown
Serve with fruit, yogurt, or nut butter
