Open the Voice Memos app
Tap the red Record button
Speak into the iPhone microphone
Tap the Stop button when finished
Tap the recording to play it back
Tap the Share button to send or save the recording
Rename the recording if needed
Use the Files app or other audio apps for additional recording options
