Open Finder
Go to Applications
Drag the app you want to delete to the Trash
Empty the Trash
Alternatively, open Launchpad
Press and hold the app icon until it starts to jiggle
Click the X on the app icon
Confirm the deletion
If prompted, enter your password
To delete an app from Settings (macOS Ventura or later)
Open System Settings
Go to General
Select Storage (or Storage & Memory)
Choose Manage
Find the app and select Delete (if available)
If the app has an uninstaller
Open the app’s folder in Applications
Look for an Uninstall app or Uninstaller
Run the uninstaller and follow the prompts
