Connect the Firestick to Wi-Fi
Go to Settings
Select My Fire TV
Select About
Select Check for Updates
If an update is available, select Install Update
Wait for the Firestick to download and install the update
Let the device restart if prompted
Return to About to confirm the Firestick is up to date
