How To Add Checkboxes In Excel?

Enable the Developer tab in Excel

Go to File

Select Options

Click Customize Ribbon

Check Developer

Click OK

Open the Developer tab

Click Insert

Under Form Controls, select Check Box

Click on the worksheet to place the checkbox

Edit the checkbox text if needed

Copy and paste the checkbox to add more

Use the checkbox to link to a cell if needed

Right-click the checkbox

Select Format Control

Go to the Control tab

Set the Cell link

Click OK
