Open the Photos app
Select the photo you want to edit
Tap Edit
Tap the Markup icon
Tap the plus sign
Tap Add Sticker
Choose a sticker from your sticker library
Drag the sticker to the desired position
Pinch to resize the sticker
Rotate the sticker if needed
Tap Done to save the changes
