Go to account.microsoft.com/services
Sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Game Pass subscription
Find your Xbox Game Pass subscription
Select Manage
Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
Check for a confirmation message or email
If you subscribed through the Xbox console, open Settings > Account > Subscriptions and cancel there
If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, or a third-party retailer, cancel through that provider
