Open the PDF template in Adobe Acrobat
Select Tools
Choose Edit PDF
Click the text you want to change
Type the new text
Use the formatting toolbar to adjust font, size, or alignment if needed
Click outside the text box to save the edit
Repeat for any other message fields
Save the file
If the text is not editable, use Fill & Sign or request the original editable file
