Go to your Google Account password reset page
Enter your Google account email or phone number
Follow the verification steps
Create a new password
Check your saved passwords in your browser or password manager if you previously saved it
On Chrome, open Password Manager and search for your Google account
On Android, check Google Password Manager in your device settings
On iPhone, check saved passwords in iCloud Keychain if you used it
If you cannot verify your identity, use account recovery
If you still cannot access the account, contact Google Account Help
