Gather ground beef, salt, pepper, slider buns, cheese, and desired toppings
Preheat a skillet, griddle, or grill over medium-high heat
Form the beef into small, thin patties slightly larger than the buns
Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper
Cook the patties for 2 to 3 minutes per side
Add cheese during the last minute if using
Toast the slider buns lightly
