Open the Notes app
Tap Folders
Tap Recently Deleted
Tap Edit
Select the note or notes you want to recover
Tap Move
Choose the folder where you want to restore the note
If needed, swipe left on a note and tap Move to recover it
If Recently Deleted is empty, the note may already be permanently deleted
Check iCloud Notes if the note was synced to iCloud
Check other accounts linked to Notes, such as Gmail or Exchange
Restore from an iPhone backup if the note is not in Recently Deleted
