Turn on the PS4
Connect the PS4 controller to the console with a USB cable
Press the PS button on the controller
Wait for the light bar to turn solid
Disconnect the USB cable if you want to use it wirelessly
To connect another controller, repeat the same steps
If the controller does not connect, try a different USB cable
If needed, reset the controller using the small reset button on the back
Go to Settings
Select Devices
Select Bluetooth Devices
Put the controller into pairing mode by holding the PS button and Share button until the light bar flashes
Select the controller from the Bluetooth devices list
