How To Remove Blue Tooth Controller From PS4?

Turn on the PS4

Go to Settings

Select Devices

Select Bluetooth Devices

Highlight the controller you want to remove

Press the Options button on the controller

Select Forget Device

Confirm the removal if prompted

If the controller is still connected, turn off the PS4 and unplug it for a few seconds

Reconnect the PS4 and check the Bluetooth Devices list again
