Press Windows + G to open the Xbox Game Bar
Click the Capture widget
Click the Record button
Press Windows + Alt + R to start recording immediately
Press Windows + Alt + R again to stop recording
Find recordings in Videos > Captures
Open PowerPoint
Go to Insert
Select Screen Recording
Click Select Area
Click Record
Press Windows + Shift + Q to stop recording
Open OBS Studio
Add a Display Capture source
Click Start Recording
Click Stop Recording
Find the saved video in the OBS output folder
Open Snipping Tool on Windows 11
Select the Record option
Choose the area to record
Click Start
Click Stop when finished
Save the recording
Use a third-party screen recorder if needed
Install the app
Select screen, window, or area capture
Start recording
Stop recording
Save the file
