Open Settings
Go to System
Click Display
Scroll to Advanced display
Select the monitor you want to change
Open Refresh rate
Choose the desired refresh rate
Click Apply or Keep changes if prompted
On Mac, open System Settings
Go to Displays
Select the display
Choose the refresh rate from the Refresh Rate menu
On Windows, you can also right-click the desktop
Select Display settings
Follow the same Advanced display steps
If needed, update your graphics driver
If needed, use your monitor’s on-screen menu to enable higher refresh rates
