Press and hold the Adjust button until the time starts flashing
Press the Mode button to cycle to the time-setting screen
Use the Start/Stop or Search button to change the flashing value
Press Mode to move between seconds, hour, minute, month, day, and year
Press Adjust again to save and exit
If your model has a crown, pull it out and turn it to set the time
Push the crown back in when finished
