Unplug the water dispenser
Remove the water bottle
Drain all remaining water from the taps and reservoir
Remove the drip tray and wash it with warm soapy water
Mix a cleaning solution of warm water and mild dish soap or white vinegar
Wipe the exterior with a clean cloth and the cleaning solution
Clean the water reservoir, taps, and nozzles with a soft cloth or sponge
Use a bottle brush or small brush to clean hard-to-reach areas
Rinse all cleaned parts with clean water
Sanitize removable parts if needed, following the manufacturer’s instructions
Dry all parts completely with a clean towel
Reassemble the dispenser
Install a fresh water bottle
Run a small amount of water through the taps before use
Clean the dispenser regularly according to the manufacturer’s schedule
