Make sure your iPhone supports Apple CarPlay and has Siri enabled
Start your car and make sure the infotainment system is on
Connect your iPhone to the car using a Lightning cable if using wired CarPlay
Or turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi if using wireless CarPlay
On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > CarPlay
Select your car from the list of available vehicles
Follow any prompts on your car display or iPhone to complete setup
If prompted, allow CarPlay access and enable Siri
Open the CarPlay app on your car’s screen if it does not start automatically
Use the car’s touchscreen, knobs, or buttons to control CarPlay
Disconnect by unplugging the cable or turning off wireless connection
