Select the cell where you want the bullet
Double-click the cell or press F2 to edit it
Hold Alt and type 0149 on the numeric keypad
Release Alt to insert a bullet
Press Space and type your text
To add another bullet in the same cell, press Alt+Enter for a new line and repeat the bullet shortcut
On Mac, press Option+8 to insert a bullet
You can also copy and paste a bullet character from another source
Use Insert > Symbol to find and insert a bullet character
For multiple cells, use a formula like =CHAR(149)&” Text” in Excel for Windows
