1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup protein powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds or ground flaxseed
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Stir until fully combined
Add a little more oats if too sticky
Add a little more honey or nut butter if too dry
Chill the mixture for 15 to 30 minutes
Roll into small balls
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week
