How To Make Pumpkin Bread?

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)

Grease and flour a loaf pan

In a large bowl, whisk together 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon cloves

In another bowl, mix 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes

Remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack

Slice and serve
