How To Make Ginger Tea?

Gather fresh ginger (about 1–2 inches), water (2 cups), honey or sugar (optional), and lemon (optional)

Wash and peel the ginger (optional), then slice or grate it

Add ginger to a pot with water

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat

Reduce to a simmer and cook for 10–20 minutes

Turn off the heat and let it steep 5 minutes

Strain the tea into a cup

Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste (optional)

Squeeze in lemon to taste (optional)
