Open the Ring app
Select your Ring Doorbell
Tap Device Settings
Tap General Settings
Tap Remove Device
Confirm removal
Press and hold the setup button on the doorbell for 10 to 20 seconds
Release the button when the light starts flashing
Wait for the device to reboot
Reconnect the doorbell in the Ring app
