Turn off your Beats headphones or earbuds
Press and hold the power button and volume down button together for about 10 seconds
Release the buttons when the LED light flashes
For Beats Studio Buds or Beats Fit Pro, place both earbuds in the charging case
Keep the case lid open
Press and hold the system button on the case for about 15 seconds until the LED flashes red and white
For Powerbeats Pro, place both earbuds in the case
Leave the case open
Press and hold the system button for about 15 seconds until the LED flashes red and white
Reconnect your Beats to your device after resetting
