Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap Notifications
Scroll to the app sending the AirPods notifications
Turn off Allow Notifications
If the alert is from Siri suggestions, go to Settings
Tap Notifications
Tap Siri Suggestions
Turn off notifications for Siri Suggestions
If the alert is from Bluetooth or AirPods connection prompts, go to Settings
Tap Bluetooth
Tap the info icon next to your AirPods
Turn off options related to automatic ear detection or notifications if available
If using macOS, open System Settings
Click Notifications
Select the app sending the AirPods notifications
Turn off Allow Notifications
If the notifications are from Find My, open Settings
Tap your name
Tap Find My
Adjust Find My notification settings
If the notifications are from low battery alerts, disable the related app notifications where possible
Restart your device after changing settings if notifications continue
