How To Delete All Gmail Emails At Once?

Open Gmail in a web browser

Sign in to your account

Go to the Inbox or any folder you want to clear

Click the checkbox at the top left to select all visible emails

Click the “Select all conversations in this folder” link if it appears

Click the Delete icon

Repeat the process for other folders such as Promotions, Social, Updates, Sent, Spam, and Trash if needed

To delete all mail at once, use the search bar and enter `in:anywhere`

Select all results

Click the Delete icon

Empty the Trash folder to permanently remove the emails

On mobile, open the Gmail app

Select emails manually or use search to filter messages

Tap the Delete icon

Clear Trash if you want permanent deletion
