Make sure the Nest Mini is plugged in and powered on
Locate the microphone mute switch on the side of the device
Slide the microphone switch to the off position
Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini
Keep holding until you hear the reset confirmation
Release when the device announces it is resetting
Wait for the factory reset to complete
Set up the Nest Mini again in the Google Home app
