How To Make Homemade Pasta?

2 cups all-purpose flour

3 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil, optional

Place flour on a clean surface or in a bowl

Make a well in the center

Add eggs, salt, and olive oil to the well

Beat eggs gently with a fork

Gradually mix flour into the eggs

Knead dough for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth

Add a little flour if dough is too sticky

Add a few drops of water if dough is too dry

Wrap dough in plastic wrap

Let dough rest for 30 minutes

Divide dough into smaller pieces

Roll out each piece thinly

Dust with flour as needed

Cut into desired pasta shape

Boil salted water in a large pot

Cook pasta for 2 to 4 minutes

Drain pasta

Serve with sauce of choice
