Husk the corn and remove all silk
Wash the ears under cold water
Blanch whole ears in boiling water for 4 minutes
Transfer immediately to ice water for 4 minutes
Drain and dry completely
Cut kernels off the cob if freezing kernels
Pack corn into airtight freezer bags or containers
Remove as much air as possible
Label with the date
Freeze flat for quicker storage
Store in the freezer for up to 10 to 12 months
