Press and hold the PS button on the controller
Select Power Off from the on-screen menu
Press and hold the PS button until the controller turns off if the menu doesn’t appear
Unplug the controller from the PS5 using the USB cable if it’s connected by cable
Turn off the PS5 console to power off the controller automatically
